Account

Your account page is personal to you and allows you to manage your names, password and profile picture.

  • Edit names: Your names will automatically be labelled with your email. We recommend you change these so that emails sent to you are addressed correctly, and so that project managers can more easily find you.

  • Edit password: By clicking on 'Edit password' you are taken to a new page where you can create a new password whilst still logged in.

  • Profile picture: Your avatar will automatically be labelled with your initials. We recommend you change this to a picture of yourself or something you would like to represent your person (perhaps a nice flower). Having distinguishable images is very helpful for project managers dealing with a lot of information at once.

New team
You will notice a button called ‘New team’. This isn’t necessary for you to set up unless you want to create your own projects. If you expect to be part of an existing team then the team manager will invite you.
