Registration

Step 1: Welcome to Zille – Email and Password​

You will need to provide a valid email address in order to register. During the next step we will ask you to verify this email, so please ensure you are able to access the inbox of your chosen email.

You will also need to enter a secure password to create your account. Your password will need to fulfil the following criteria:

  • An uppercase letter
  • A lowercase letter
  • A number or some other non-alphabetic character

Please ensure you keep this password secret and safe.

Step 2: Verify email​

We need to verify your email to ensure we have a way of contacting you should we need to send through updates about your work on Zille, or if you need to update your password in future. Ensuring emails are valid is also part of our security measures.

To verify your email, please go to your inbox and look for an email from Zille Media. If you can’t find this, please ensure you check your spam folder. If it is not there either, please email support@zillemedia.com.

Once you have located the email you will find an eight-digit code which should be entered into the input field of this step.

Step 3 and 4: Finally, let's secure your account - Multi-Factor Authentication​

MFA is an important security measure which helps us to protect the valuable content being processed on the Zille Platform.

Using a phone number: To set up your MFA, please enter your phone number with the correct country code and move on to the next step. You will receive a text message with a six-digit code which should be entered into the input field.

Using an authenticator app: There are some country codes which are not supported for text messages. If you do not receive a code, please use the alternative method of an authenticator app by clicking on ‘Alternatively, use an authenticator app’ on the bottom of the page.

You can use your preferred authenticator app. Google Authenticator is a good option. Use your app to scan the QR code and then enter the generated code into the input field on your registration form.
