Subscription

To find information about subscriptions and billing on the Zille platform navigate to the subscriptions page via the left-hand menu.

Useful information

In order to work with a Talent Pool and to create localisation and accessibility projects on the Zille Platform your team will need to have a subscription in place.

Included in every subscription is:

  • Team management features
  • Project management features
  • Talent pool management features
  • Outsourcing solutions
  • Suite of AI technology
  • Zille Subtitle Editor
  • Zille Audio Description Editor

Essentially – once you have a subscription in place, you can use every single feature available on the Zille Platform.

How we calculate your usage

For any subscription, your costs will be calculated based on your usage.

Use of the Zille Platform is calculated based on minutes of video content X numbers of outputs created.

  • Content: the videos you add to your projects are content. The total amount of minutes in these videos will be used to calculate your usage.
  • Outputs: this means the final deliverables you are creating for your project. As an example, 'English subtitles' is an output. As is 'Spanish Audio Description'. The total amount of outputs you add to a project will be used to calculate your usage.

Therefore, a project consisting of three 100-minute videos with four different types of outputs will be charged for a total of 1,200 minutes.

When selecting your subscription type, you will also be selecting your cost per minute.

How we charge your payment card

When you set up your subscription on the Zille Platform, you will securely add your card details. This allows us to automatically charge your card for any usage at the end of each month – saving us both time.

When we charge your payment card

We will charge your payment card at the end of every subscription period.

As an example, if your subscription was activated on the 10th of the month, then your card will be charged on the 10th the next month, and every month following.

Available subscription options

There are both Pre-Paid and Pay As You Go models available on the Zille Platform.

Minutes purchased on a Pre-Paid Model remain available on your account for a 12 month period, allowing you to be flexible with your usage.

Our Pay As You Go Model gives you access to the Zille Platform as and when you need it, with zero payment required during the months where you have not used it.

We have subscriptions available for:

  • Pay As You Go: £1.30 per minute (excl. VAT, no cancellation period)
  • 500 minutes per month: £1.20 per minute (excl. VAT, 1 month cancellation period)
  • 1,000 minutes per month: £1.10 per minute (excl. VAT, 1 month cancellation period)
  • 2,000 minutes per month: £1.00 per minute (excl. VAT, 2 month cancellation period)
  • 3,000 minutes per month: £0.90 per minute (excl. VAT, 2 month cancellation period)
  • 5,000 minutes per month: £0.80 per minute (excl. VAT, 3 month cancellation period)
  • 10,000 minutes per month: £0.70 per minute (excl. VAT, 3 month cancellation period)
  • 20,000 minutes per month: £0.60 per minute (excl. VAT, 4 month cancellation period)

Setting up your subscription

You can set up your subscription by first clicking on your team name on the left-hand menu, and then clicking on 'Subscription'.

To set up your subscription:

  • Click on 'Subscribe' for your chosen subscription
  • Enter your payment details into the subscription form
  • Click on 'Subscribe' to confirm

Should you wish to subscribe to a different plan than the ones listed on the platform then do please get in touch at hello@zillemedia.com.

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription by first clicking on your team name on the left-hand menu, and then clicking on 'Subscription'.

To manage your subscription:

  • Click on 'Manage subscription' in the top-right corner
  • View invoices on the bottom of the page (click on the invoice date to view or download specific invoices)
  • Click on 'Update information' to update your billing information
  • Add or remove payment cards underneath 'Payment method'
  • Cancel your plan by clicking on 'Cancel plan' in the top-left corner
