On your left-hand menu you will see a page called ‘Support’. From here you can access the direct chat with Zille technical support, which is monitored during working hours (09.00 - 18.00) in the GMT time-zone.
There are no bots in the support chat – your messages will go straight to the Zille team, who will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Should you need to send through a screenshot of your issue then do please send this via email to support@zillemedia.com.
Please note that the technical support is strictly for ensuring your use of the Zille Platform is technically successful, and that the Zille team will not be able to address specific project related questions, which will need to be addressed by the project manager you are working with.
