Adding talent

Talent Pool members can be added from within the Talent Pool page, which you find by clicking on 'Talent Pool' on your team menu in the dashboard.

To add a member to your Talent Pool:

• Click on 'Invite' in the top-right corner
• Enter the name and email of the person you are inviting
• Click on 'Send invite' to confirm

Once the invite has been sent, the person you have invited to join your Talent Pool will receive an email.

Tip: When inviting new talent there is an option to import a CSV file in order to batch invite multiple people to your talent pool.
