Going live

When a project is first created it will not immediately be 'live'. This means that you can plan and make changes to the workflows, due dates, tasks and assignments – without anyone being notified of the project details.

Once your project goes 'live', all task assignments will be sent out to the people selected from your Talent Pool and changes you make to the project will be visible in real time.

NB: If you create new outputs within a project, these will not immediately be 'live' – so you are able to manage the task individually without anyone being notified. Once the output is activated it will be treated as 'live'.
