Project Management

The project management page is laid out across two panels:

  1. On the left-hand-panel is an overview of all the outputs (subtitles or audio descriptions) you are creating, organised by the content they will be created for.

  2. On the right-hand-panel are all the project details such as the project title, timeline and status. If you click on one of the outputs (for example "English subtitles" or "French Audio Description") then the output management page will open up on the right-hand-panel.

Tip: If you want to go back to the main project overview on the right-hand-panel, then simply click on the selected output again, or on the background picture of mountains, or on the little arrows on the top of the right-hand-panel. This will close down the specific output details and bring you back to the main project overview.

Once you've opened up the output management page you will be able to access the following information and features:

High-level output information:

  • Output status (live / not live): top-right alongside project name
  • Output due date: top-left
  • Order number: top-right

You are also presented with a complete overview of the project itself with each task represented below.

Action points:

  • Enter editor: click this button to open up the subtitle or audio description editor.
  • Generate AI: click this button to generate either subtitles or audio description gaps using AI feature.
  • Export: click this button to export your subtitle or audio description files.
  • Import (accessed from the three-dot-menu): click this button to import either subtitle files, source subtitle files or audio description scripts.
