Accessing the AD Editor

Once a task has been assigned to you, you can access the AD editor in the following way:

  1. Click on 'Assignments' in your left hand menu
  2. Select the relevant project
  3. Click on the 'Enter editor' button

When you open up a task you will be asked to enter your MFA code. You will receive this by text or via your authenticator app, depending on which one you used during registration.

Once you have entered your MFA code, the Zille AD Editor will open.

Tip: Microphone permissions

When you first open up the AD Editor the browser will ask for permission to use your microphone. If you intend to record any audio, you will need to click on 'Allow'.

If you accidentally click on 'Block' then you can change this setting by clicking on the settings-icon to the left of the browser URL and toggling on the microphone allowance. You will then need to refresh your browser and re-enter your MFA code to apply the updated settings.
