📄️ Accessing the Zille Subtitle Editor
Once a task has been assigned to you, you can access the subtitle editor in the following way:

📄️ Toolbar navigation
To view the toolbar within the editor you can hover over the top of the editor screen view and it will appear. To 'Pin' or 'Unpin' the toolbar you can hover over the bottom of the toolbar, in the middle, selecting either option.
📄️ Video navigation
You can navigate backwards and forwards in your video by scrolling, or by clicking on the top part of the timeline, at the location you want to navigate to.
📄️ Play and pause
You can play and pause your video by clicking anywhere on the screen or by using your space bar.
📄️ Creating a subtitle event

📄️ Editing the timings of a subtitle event
You can edit the timings of a subtitle event by:
📄️ Navigating in and out of a subtitle event
You can navigate in and out of subtitle events by scrolling or clicking into the event on the timeline.
📄️ Editing subtitle events
To edit a subtitle event, simply click on the event (or use the Edit subtitle hotkey) and start typing.
📄️ Positioning subtitle events
Subtitle events can be placed in different positions across the screen.
📄️ Repeat mode
Repeat mode allows you to play subtitles on repeat whilst working through your video.
📄️ Flagging subtitle events
Subtitle events can be flagged, so that you can keep track of events you want to return to later.
📄️ Deleting subtitle events
Subtitle events can be deleted.
📄️ Managing reading speed
The character count and characters per second are available to the right of subtitle events.
📄️ Viewing video without subtitle events showing
You can view the video without subtitle events showing by clicking on the 'Focus mode' button in the bottom-right corner.
📄️ Managing several subtitle events
You can select several subtitle events at once in order to delete or move many events at once.
📄️ Undo and redo
You can undo and redo changes you make within the editor.
📄️ Saving changes
All changes are automatically saved in the Zille Subtitle Editor, which is indicated on the toolbar at the top of the editor.
📄️ Completing tasks
When you have finished your work within the editor you can click on 'Complete task' in order to mark the task as completed.
