Managing reading speed

The character count and characters per second are available to the right of subtitle events.

There is a maximum amount of characters per line, and also a maximum amount of characters per second.

When there is an issue with the reading speed the numbers will turn orange, with the problematic line(s) highlighted in red.

As you resolve issues, the numbers will turn white again.
